We have an exciting fundraising opportunity at the Allen Theatre & Backstage Café that is very little work on your part and fun for the whole family.  Sounds too good to be true?  

It’s as easy as 1-2-3….

 

1.     Pick a date and time for the movie fundraiser.   

                        Weekdays:  4:15 pm                                                                                                    

                        Weekends:  10:30 am

 

2.  Decide upon a family-friendly movie.

 

3.  Promote your event.

 

Here’s how your organization makes money out of this:

          

            100 tickets(min.) sold at door - organization makes $350

            100 tickets(min.) presold by organization - $400

           

            200 tickets sold at door - organization makes $1,050

            200 tickets presold by organization - $1,150

 

            300 tickets(max.) sold at door – organization makes $1,750

            300 tickets(max.) presold by organization - $1,900

 

**All Tickets cost $8.00

**Your organization receives $7 per ticket sold over the 100 and 200 tickets.
